This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from SAINTSIDE Records.

SAINTSIDE Records is currently a trading name of Kings League Records Limited until the company name change to SAINTSIDE Records Limited is completed at Companies House.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception applies.

To cancel your order, please email us at contact@saintside.co within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying us, you must return the item to us within 14 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with any original packaging where possible.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

CDs, Vinyl and Sealed Media

For CDs, vinyl records, and other sealed audio or video products, we can only accept change of mind returns if the item remains sealed.

If a sealed CD, vinyl record, or similar product has been opened, unsealed, used, or damaged after delivery, we cannot accept it for a change of mind return unless it is faulty.

Digital Downloads and Digital Files

Digital downloads, including seamless album files or other digital music files, are treated differently from physical goods.

By purchasing a digital download, you agree that the download may be made available immediately after purchase. Once the digital content has been supplied or downloaded, you lose your right to cancel unless the digital content is faulty.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@saintside.co.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable remedy in line with your legal rights.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges where stock is available. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.
