About Us

SAINTSIDE Records sells music and related products, including CDs, vinyl records, digital music files, and, in the future, merchandise such as clothing, posters, and related items.

We are not currently VAT registered. Prices shown on our website do not include VAT.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing error, payment has not been authorised, or we suspect fraud or misuse of the website.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

Product images are for illustration only. Colours, packaging, and details may vary slightly depending on the product, screen settings, manufacturing, or pressing variations.

For vinyl records, minor colour or pressing variations may occur and do not necessarily mean the product is faulty.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Delivery

We currently deliver physical products to the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days unless stated otherwise.

Digital products are not physically delivered and will be made available by download or email where applicable.

Further details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Cancellations

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please note that opened or unsealed CDs, vinyl records, or similar sealed audio products cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty.

Digital downloads cannot usually be cancelled once the download has been supplied, provided you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that your cancellation right would be lost.

Digital Products

Digital products are for personal use only unless we clearly state otherwise.

You must not copy, resell, redistribute, share, upload, commercially exploit, or make digital files available to others without permission.

All rights in the music, artwork, recordings, and digital files remain owned by SAINTSIDE Records, the relevant artists, writers, producers, licensors, or rights holders.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, artwork, text, images, music, videos, designs, graphics, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without written permission.

Merch and Clothing

Where we sell clothing or merchandise, sizes, measurements, and colours are provided as accurately as possible.

Please check size guides before ordering. Unless faulty, items must be returned unused, unworn, and in resaleable condition.

Your Use of the Website

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its security, introduce viruses or harmful code, scrape content without permission, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for business losses. Our products are supplied for private consumer use unless otherwise agreed.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, strikes, supply issues, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order will be the version in force when you place your order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
